01 Service scope
Maraheb connects customers with hospitality providers for events in Kuwait. Service details, availability, and provider acceptance are shown before booking confirmation.
02 Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment through approved gateways. Prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD), inclusive of applicable charges shown at checkout.
03 Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on booking stage, provider assignment, and payment status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
04 User responsibilities
You must provide accurate booking, address, and contact information and use the platform lawfully. Misuse, fraud, or abuse may lead to account suspension.
05 Applicable law and dispute handling
These terms are interpreted under applicable laws and regulations in the State of Kuwait. Parties should first attempt amicable resolution before formal legal action.
